Slow page turn

Can anyone please give me some advice, I have a sony prs-300 e reader, I have downloaded 6 books from waterstones all with fast page turns but one called latent hazard is really slow, and if you alter the font size it keeps reformatting, I have two e readers the same both struggel with this book,
all books in epub format.

Sounds like it just something in the way they formatted that book. What size is the book? Is it a significantly longer book than the others? If it's usable I wouldn't worry about it, if it unreadable then perhaps redownload/complain to waterstones.

It should only format each book once, but for each 3 fonts. When I start reading a new book the first thing is to hit he fontsize page 4 times (I usually use M and it starts with S) and look out of the window for 2 minutes.
After that, chancing pages is as fast as it is with a paper book (which we are so used to we don't even notice it, soon I got used to the e-reader chancing pages the same way). Chancing fonts happens at the same speed.
