Mobipocket Reader for Iliad "On a good path"!

The snazzy title says it all!
For confirmation go here:

It's not final, but good news anyway.

David Rothman from teleread.org just posted this up other there as well.

My idea (and he concurs) is that we should maybe move over to the mobileread forums and add out comments to the "Mobipocket for iRex Iliad" thread to show Mobipocket that there are some people out here who actually want this to succeed. I don't know whether this is necessary or whether it will help at all, but it's worth a try isn't it?

mobipocket would be great, it can read prc, pdb, txt and html, not sure what else it can read.

yep...and the important thing is that it can read those formats pretty well. It does a good job of formatting text for my PDA...and it's free...^^
