FYI: "HowTo" prefix is now called "Tutorial"
You may have noticed it.
The reason for this change is that "HowTo" was rather ambiguous. While HOWTO is a common term (especially) in the Linux community, designating Step-by-step instructions, this meaning is not terribly well-known outside such communities. Therefore, it was often misunderstood as "How To?" and used as a prefix for questions, instead of instructions. I hope that the new name is less ambiguous and thus avoids such confusion. |
