Pocketbook 360 Freeze

My 3 year old Pocketbook 360 froze on a page last night. I have disconnected the battery and reconnected, I even left it disconnected all night but the page is still showing an it's still frozen. Any suggestions? Help!!!

Have you tried a reset? (The little recessed button near the battery.)

There's a hard reset too - I think holding the reset button in while pressing the power button (but check the sticky Tips and Tricks thread for details).

My PB360+ froze yesterday while I was powering it up. I don't think I held the button down as long as I usually do, and it just sat there. I tried two things: a quick tap of the powerup button, and a normal length hold of the powerup button. One of them worked, as all is well now. If it works, it'll be less disruptive than a reset altho I have to admit that would have been my next attempt. Good luck.

Thanks everyone, I had tried the reset button to no avail, then one last try, connected it to the power supply, and hey presto all back to normal, I think my battery is nearing old age (3years constant use) so will have to find a source to get one, any suggestions?
Many thanks all for your help.

have a look at this thread - according to that both Pocketbook Germany and Pocketbook US were selling them, plus another source. Let us know how you get on!
