Numbers next to file name
I just started using this program and I save all of my stuff to my external hardrive. I like to keep my files organized except theres a stupid number that to me has no value next to the name of each book. IDK what its called but I really want to get rid of that option so it doesn't put it there next time i save something so I don't have to do it manually. HELP

Calibre's library folder should be regarded as a "black box" - don't mess with it! As has been said, you should use "Save to Disk", or "Send to Device" from within Calibre to access your books. Do NOT directly access the files in the Calibre library.
