Advice for converting pdfs to html (with pictures)
If you have the Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro you can export the complete PDF with pictures and tables. Works better than Bookdesigner (it doesn´t export pictures).

You'll have a lot of errors converting the PDF. Acrobat doesn't do such a good job of converting overall.
