Books pulled from Amazon

I added a trilogy of fantasy books to my wish-list around a month ago, and yesterday went to purchase them when I found that they'd all been pulled. The author is Michael McClung, and the series is the Amra Thetys Series. I went to his blog and found that his last post was also from several months ago, with no new post that would give a hint of why his books had been pulled, for instance whether they'd been bought by a major publisher, he was updating them etc. All very puzzling. Anyone had this recently, any stories about what happened? Any clues to this story?

Send him a PM and ask him.

It can't hurt - can it?

Then please report back and let us know.

Looks like they were originally self-pubbed, probably the editions you had wishlisted, but those versions were pulled in favor of new editions from publisher Ragnarok Publications who is currently reissuing them.
