Sony Reader and Biographies with Pictures

Love the Sony Reader and enjoy reading ebooks but I do favor Biographies. I find while the pictures/maps/graphics render ok, I wish there was a feature to zoom in on pics/maps etc (beyond the s/m/l settings). There isn't something that I'm missing perhaps?
