Format query (FX) and (OD)
I notice on Booksonboard.com some of the Mobipocket books have an (FX) after the format, and some have an (OD). For instance the book Altered Carbon has one in each one. What does this mean? Just curious.

These are two "distributors" of DRMed MOBI ebooks. PX is MobiPocket and OD is OverDrive. This matters because OD allows you to register a Kindle's PID for MOBI ebooks, but MobiPocket does not. See A Beginner's Guide to Kindle Content.

Ah gotcha, I'd be converting it for the Sony Reader anyway. That's fine then, thanks for the assist.
