My Kindle Keyboard 3G does not start after continuously updated for several hours.

Hi,

Last few days I used wirelles for the first time. My Kindle 3 keyboard started a lot of screensavers updates.
It started again doing updates yesterday. But now it did this many dozens of times continuously for about 4 hours ...!
I tried to stop him but he continues to update. It went a few times in the home menu but did not respond to any button except the reset if I hold it longer. It continued to reset itself and resume the update procedure again and again and... again but did not matter if it finish or not and restart again. After 5 hours it entered in the screen saver mode. But now I can not turn it on no matter how long I press the on / off button. It is totally frozen! Connected via USB, the computer can not recognize it and gives me a message that can not find the installation software
It restart itself again several time but now the screen is blank and totaly fraozen. The baterry is full.

Help me please! What can I do to work again ?

What is SE Blank RINGO? When I connect it to pc only get a message about "SE Blank RINGO" software...

Do you think that these updates destroyed the operating system?

I call him and ship me an other kindle (touch) free! But... is not free because they said ...
"Please do contact us again with the shipping address and the last four digits of credit card we will replace the kindle device at free of cost. When we hear back,we will be glad to create a replacement for you."
The issue is about an update, that's on Amazon. And I do not have a available card for him, and I do not want to make one. uups!!

They need the cr card to make sure shipping & reg it in your name so IF its stolen or get lost in mailing they can black ball it & send u another one!

Finally, the card cost me more than the replacement. They understand me. I resolved this repplacement without a credit card!
Now the order is on the go.
I will return the defective k3 with a pre-paid shippment.
