Making the 2nd Page of a PDF Doc the Cover
I am using Calibre to catalog PDF documents (Mostly magazines and Tech docs). Some PDF's the first page are blank and the cover is on the 2nd page. Is there a way to make the 2nd page the cover....or do I have to go manually and edit each PDF ?

Perhaps a tool such as: PDF Area: Image Extractor Free could be hooked up with calibre via the Job Spy plugin:

Click edit metadata, select the PDF format click the get cover from format button next to the list of formats, you will be able to choose which of th efirst ten pages of the PDF you want to use as cover.
