Covers not resize properly on IPad Mini 2

On my IPad Mini 2, when I go to the cover page from within a book, the cover image is normally split across multiple screens. This does not happen on my IPhone 4 with the same book--here the image is automatically resized to display completely on a single screen.

What fixed this issue on my iPad Mini was to change the margin size to something a bit narrower. Hope this helps!
