Elipsa Can patch 4.28.18220 be applied to 4.28.17925?

I have the latest firmware (4.28.17925) installed on my Elipsa and the stock font scale still doesn't cut it. With the recent release of patches, can I apply 4.28.18220?

There's patches for 17925. The ones for 18220 are actually missing two of the font scale patches, so you're better off with the ones meant for 17925 anyways.

Hmm.. I thought I read somewhere that "Custom font size" was not applicable in that version (but now updated in 18220) because of the changes introduced in Elipsa firmware. (?)

I just confirmed that 17925 was the version I applied that had no effect with "Custom Font Sizes" which led me to my original question.

What version patch will effectively change the font sizes on 17925?

What exactly are you looking for when you say you want to "change the font sizes"? Are you trying to increase the number of smaller values in the font slider, scale all fonts for a format, or change the relative scale between kepub/epub?

I'm specifically refering to the "Custom font sizes" patch. The middle position of the default slider is HUGE with 17925.

Custom font sizes:

How about going to firmware 4.29.18730? It wasn't officially released for the Elipsa, but, it is extremely unlikely that there would be any issues. And it will have some fixes.

Hmm, I hadn't considered that option.

The font size issue is still present on 18730 based on what I'm hearing. But, @sherman's rewritten custom font sizes patch in 18220+ now goes smaller, so that might be enough. If it isn't, you'll need to wait until I have time (or sherman learns and wants) to rewrite the font scale patches.
