Had to use my jump starter to get the car going this morning. High of about 15 below zero today. Winter socks but at least the big snowstorm is missing us.

Brings back childhood memories of the site we spent the longest time. The type of cold where all too often you breathe carefully through a layer to keep your air passages from dehydrating, the cold where you hear tinkling when you breathe out and don't ever expose any part of your body that you are attached to. Where the sun today rose at 10:30 and set at 16:25 MST which is an improvement over a month ago when the sun rose at 11:19 and set at 15:36 MST.

Don't breathe too deeply in this cold!

We moved here when I was 9 years old so no choice at that time. Why have I stayed? It's home now. I much prefer cold over warm.
