I posted already, but in the wrong thread, sorry about that! I'd need the glo hd image as well, as the kobo I bought second hand didn't had a sd card thanks in advance!!

Hello, I am looking for help for my glo HD which is still broken in my closet!! it does not turn on: it is charging, the red light comes on. when it is disconnected from the mains if I press the on/off button, it lights up in red and remains fixed, the reader does not start the screen remains frozen. it does not come from the screen which is ok with another motherboard, nor from the sd card which works on another glo HD.
does anyone have an idea for making it work again?

dear sir, regarding my request of sd card image file for kobo glo hd, i'd like to ask if there is kobo glo hd user here experiencing their kobo glo hd screen freeze on sleeping mode, with no led light, body near usb port is getting warm when charged, but the screen still stuck on sleeping mode.
i try to push the power button for 1 minute but no effect, try to reset it with paper clip also no effect, remove and reconnect the battery connector, but also no effect....
i wonder what happen with my kobo.

please help,...
