Footnotes in EPUB to PDF Conversion

I can't find this option any longer. Without it, footnotes from epubs get one page each when converted to pdf. In some cases this leads to a thousand additional pages in pdfs.
Would you be so kind as to write in detail how it can be avoided that footnotes occupy a single pdf page each?

This thread is very old. Just use the option under DOCX Input in the conversion dialog to not insert a page break after every endnote.

I cannot find such "DOCX Input". I realise now that I have posted in the wrong thread. I am converting from epub into pdf.

Could you please write the exact name of the option in Calibre? I link to an image of the conversion options I can read: http://docdro.id/I3vXoP2

Thanks for your prompt reply.
