sounds like a mantra gone wrong. Production-wise? It's lo-fi as hell. You can hear the tape hiss, the room noise, probably someone coughing in the back. John Acock produced it over at Millstream Studios, which apparently was just some converted space in Worcester. Doesn't sound fancy, but it works. This isn't supposed to be clean. It's supposed to feel live, immediate, like it could fall apart any second. What didn't work for me? Well, the lyrics are... vague. Like, really vague. If you're looking for deep meaning or storytelling, look elsewhere.
