Kobo Aura 2 – $100 (Can) at Indigo

If I remember correctly, if you live in the U.S. and buy a Kobo from Indigo, you can automatically take advantage of the exchange rates. Right now it's 77¢ to the dollar. So that (theoretically) would make the cost of the Aura $77 to U.S. buyers. I don't know if there is any tax or shipping.

In the past it's been $15 shipping from Indigo, but apply the exchange rate and you're under $90 to include shipping. Your bank might add a small fee for the exchange transaction, typical $2 or so, so still you're probably under $90.

Well, that sounds reasonable, but probably not enough of a savings to override two day shipping at Walmart for $100. (Although "2 Day Shipping" at Walmart now shows an arrival date of Thursday, Sept 6th for all Kobos?)

For whatever reason, Walmart currently has an in-store pickup discount for the Clara and Aura One (but not for the H2O or Aura). For the Aura One it's about $15, which basically equals the tax in Texas.
