Editing config file

Sigil does not appear to be able to edit the config file. Is there any way in Sigil to make the isbn as the unique identifier in that file?

There is a place for ISBN or you can insert the field there

No, it adds it as a new <identifier> element. You can have several in the OPF. The one that is used as the book's "unique" ID is always a randomly generated UUID except if you set the "CustomID" field in the Meta Editor. Then that <identifier> will be marked as the main/unique one.

Thanks, Valloric. I had looked at the Edit Metadata option, but not seen the "More" button.

And I discovered that F8 doesn't work as intended on the Mac. It just gave me several options to adjust my screen size.
