Can't open or connect to web-site.

This morning my Calibre program would not open. Got a message "could not find _memimporter (error code 1) Then I went to the website and couldn't connect to webserver. I did get the update yesterday. What can I do ? Please help.

The website is back up again. I would suggest you uninstall, delete c:\Program files\calibre2 (or wherever you installed it) and re-install. And dont owrry, doing that will not affect you existing books/settings.

Everything is back to normal. Thank you so much ! I have to say that it was an act of faith when I uninstalled and deleted the program. But when I redownloaded and installed there were all my books just as I left them. Again thank you so much !!!!
