You are stuck with Calibre 5 (the last 32 bit version)
https://download.calibre-ebook.com/5.44.0/

Note, you will be limited on updating support for new devices and plugins.

Plan on replacing that antique and note Not all 64 bit systems will support Windows 11 (I have 4 @ 64 bit systems and none are W11 capable )

Some 32 bit UEFI bios are on PCs/tablets/laptops with 64 bit Atoms. You can edit the USB installer for Debian/Mint Linux so it uses 32 bit EFI files (from Mint 19.1 or Debian) and install a 64 bit Linux.

Maybe the problem is a 32-bit Windows on a 64-bit system. If that is the case it's going to to be an upgrade by starting over as Windows does not do an in place upgrade from 32- to 64-bit.

Many 64 bit Atoms didn't have enough RAM to run Win10-64 well (a range of these simply don't have external pins so makers had to purchase more expensive CPU for more RAM). So they deliberately have 32 bit UEFI Bios with no "legacy mode" to prevent 64 bit Windows install. Most common with tablets. It can only be circumvented by a Linux install as that can be edited. There is no RAM penalty using 64 bit vs 32 bit Linux unlike Windows 10.

Windows 11 & 12 are 64 bit only and the 32 bit Win10 stopped getting Win 10 upgrades.

The OP has not mentioned Atom. We don't know what system the OP has.

True, but 32 bit Win10 is almost exclusively Atom CPUs on new systems when Win10 was released (which is the only reason there was a 32bit Win10), unless it was an old 32 bit Celeron, Atom or Pentium that was upgraded from Win7 32 bit, maybe Vista 32 bit (early 2007, or even XP originally as Vista had a 64 bit version).

There had been 64 bits on Server 2003 (Itanium and AMD x64), a short lived XP for Itanium and a preview 64 bit Alpha of NT4.0, but most new PCs / laptops with Windows 7 (2012), 8 or 10 were 64 bit except for budget entry level "crippled" 64 bit Atoms deliberately with 32 bit UEFI BIOS.
