Start Calibre in tray?

Is it possible to start calibre minimized in the systray on Windows? I looked all over but can't seem to find a list of command line options for Calibre.

I can't get this to work for me. Using -h calibre starts (can be seen in Task Manager) then quits without displaying anything. Tried /h and --h for kicks but didn't get anything from those either - just starts and quits. I'm running Windows 7 7100...not sure if this is occurring in other Windows versions. Thanks Kovid.
