You can't do it without ruining the device.

Why would you ever want to do that?

You could pretend that they are not there or you could cast your own plastic shell without the logo or you could get a Magician to make it vanish or you could get a permanent marker and colour it black if you have a black bezel or you could put it in to oven for a while and hope that the logo will melt so that you could wipe it away or you send it back and just read processed-tree-carcase books instead (wait that's no good there are to many logos on paper books) or you can...

Depending on how high up it's raised (I forget now), you might be able to use a nail file very carefully. Alternatively, you could use some model kit paint (or even just use it if you've filed away too much).

For what it is worth, I cannot tell that the logo and button text is raised AT ALL above the surface of my device.
If they are just silk screened on you might try rubbing it off with a pencil eraser, you would likely end up polishing that spot and making it not match the matte finish of the rest of the device. If they are printed/stamped with a solvent based vinyl dye, that white color will have penetrated ever so slightly into the plastic rendering it un-removable without damaging the case. Personally, I'd just buy a case that covers the offending white markings. |

A friend once removed all the logos from his cellphone using only a sugar cube. YMMV.
