Belloc, Hilaire: The Path to Rome, v1, 21 Oct 2007.
A travel book. Belloc decided to walk from France to Rome and this is an account of the journey, profusely illustrated with his sketches (which is why the file is so big).
The original was written straight through, without a break, but had hundreds of page headers. I have used many of these as titles, so as to be able to include a ToC. This work is assumed to be in the Life+70 public domain OR the copyright holder has given specific permission for distribution.
