A plan within a plan?

Why is it always "Next, the fine Print..." "Now we lift the hood..." "Is something going on, is something planned."

It is like the "Never ending story..." (Die unendliche Geschichte)

Tax evasion is going on. Amazon heavily extended their warehouse system throughout the US eating up a big part of profits (from retail) throughout the last years. Now it is pretty much built as big as it needs to be, time to use up a chunk of the profits. Sure taxes still have to be paid, but the workers do so and keep more in their pockets as well.
