A quick skim of the opening appears to indicate that this gives pretty standard advice which is not noticeably "inspirational" in tone, apart from a couple of mentions of What Would Martin Luther Say? and such, so secular persons could well make use of the tips.

This has been previously offered free in 2012, and again in 2013. Maybe they give it out every year around the holidays, when you're more likely to have such encounters?
