Convert TOC to PDF Bookmarks
Does anyone know of a way to convert epub TOCs to bookmarks in PDFs when using Calibre for conversion?

It's not possible, and it's unlikely it will be any time soon, as I'm not aware of any developer interest in improving pdf output (vs pdf input, which is a low priority but will likely happen someday).
