Fb2 Input (Do not insert a ToC at the beginning)
The option not to insert a ToC at the beginning of the book (FB2 Input) doesn't work at all when converting books in bulk (Bulk convert). That is, a ToC IS created whether the option is on or off. Please, fix it because the option works fine when converting files one by one. Thanks.
