Amazon tend to offer astoundingly cheap Audible books when you buy the ebook. If it is price fixing, it's fixing it at a very, very low price.

True enough. Frankly I think this whole thing is "where there's smoke there's fire" with Apple. If they were colluding with the e-book guys then they must be doing it elsewhere. Apple's attachment with Audible, if I remember right, came out before Amazon even owned them. I think their choice was because of Audible's DRM and library, not out of some world domination motivation.

Nope.

This grew out of complaints about Audible playing rough with publishers, and not from any interest in Apple. Go read my post.
