Is FBReader touch-friendly on Windows?

That's about it... Looking for a touch-friendly reader.

It can be used on a touchscreen but a lot of the menus cannot. On the Options menu, the buttons are too small.

I didn't think so. I want to be able to drag it to scroll, and I can't do that in FBreader. It works in Stanza, though Stanza seems to have a problem displaying images.
