Moon+ Reader Pro not auto-rotating

I'm now using Moon+Reader Pro on a Lenovo M8 (4th gen) tablet running Android 13. Everything seems ok except that it won't auto-rotate to landscape mode when I turn the device. Auto-rotate worked fine on my previous tablet (Samsung Galaxy S8 running Android 7). Suggestions? Thanks.

Make sure you actually have the function turned on. If it is, turn it off and back on then reboot the tablet and see if that works.

It is. Other apps rotated properly.

It's turned on, and other apps auto-rotate properly. I've tried rebooting. Didn't work.

Solved, although it's rather brute-force. I restored from an older Dropbox backup and now Moon+ Reader auto-rotates. Lost some comments that I'd added in recent reading, but they're all backed up in Evernote so they're not really gone and I could restore them to the book files if I need to. Awkward, but doable.

Even better -- I hadn't decommissioned the old tablet yet, so I booted it up and did a Dropbox backup of Moon+ Reader Pro from there. Restoring from that backup onto the new tablet got all my bookmarks comments, & notes back.
