Very interesting. I wonder how they are getting access as Google has repeatedly stated that no phone no access to their market place. The Augen tablet that had market access was disable just a couple of days after launch. I will be watching this one closely.

A couple people in the Development forum have said in the past that after-market apps can enable Market access ("legally") but that manufacturers themselves aren't allowed to do so (yet). There have been a couple of cases recently where manufacturers have tried push Google's hand by announcing they have access, but invariably they have to retrack the claim. Google doesn't appear to be budging.
