I'm seeing $0.99 on all of the issues on the sale.
The Odyssey issues are $1.99 each. Cheaper to buy the collection of all 13 mediocre issues for $19.99, or even better, get the collection next time they have a B1G1F sale.

Everything looks great on that Boom sale: The Spire, Giant Days, Strange Fruit... I can recommend The Fiction, by Curt Pires and David Rubín. I discovered David Rubín not long ago and he quickly became one of my favorite artists. He is an outstanding visual narrator and has a powerful style; looking at a few sample pages does not do him justice. All 4 issues are on sale, but I think I've read somewhere that a second miniseries is planned (I might be wrong, though).

By the way, I just noticed that Boom does not offer DRM-free downloads of its comics on Comixology. That's strange, considering Boom has offered lots of stuff DRM-free on several bundles.

Happy Leap Day everyone! My favorite day of the yea... er....hmmmm. Lots of sales at Comixology end tonight, and since Leap Day is an extra free day, any money you spend today is magically back in your account tomorrow.

Today only from DC, to celebrate his birthday, ten Superman collections are on sale for $6.99 each.
https://www.comixology.com/Supermans...Sale/page/9871

Also today only, from Marvel, the first 99 issues of the original Daredevil run are $.99 each, no bundle this time apparently.
https://www.comixology.com/Classic-D...Sale/page/9886

Comixology has a Brian Michael Bendis collection sale until 3/13/16; 14 collections from different publishers at $3.99 each, up to 80% off.
https://www.comixology.com/Bendis-Co...Sale/page/9884

From Dynamite, so beware of bundling and/or Dark Horse duplication, a big horror and sci-fi sale until 3/4/16.

That Superman birthday sale was rather lackluster if compared to the Batman Day sale that took place a few months ago. I guess we know now who is going to win in the upcoming Batman vs Superman movie.

And another week without a DC weekly sale. I hope DC is hoarding all the good deals for the release of that movie.

^ You were mostly joking perhaps, but half heartedly in their defense, February 29th was just a joke birthday thrown out for Superman at one silly point in his history. Other comics have had other birthdays for him. And the Batman sale was the actual 75th anniversary of his creation, iirc.

But yes, I guess I miss the weekly sales with $99 worth of singles tempting me.

It looks like Dark Horse is finally back in the game, with a new freebie and a sale that isn't at Comixology yet.

The sale is on a bunch (all?) of their great Predator books. Thirty nine items, but some of those are collections/bundles/omnibi. It includes the recent Archie vs Predator.
https://digital.darkhorse.com/genre/255/

The Machines #1 is temporarily free; remember that you have to "read" it for it to be added to your account.
https://digital.darkhorse.com/profil...he-machines-1/

Sale from Delcourt until on six of their collections at two-thirds off, $1.99 each, volumes 1&2 of Husk, What if?, and Wunderwaffen. All look interesting, has anyone read any of them?
https://www.comixology.com/Delcourt-...Sale/page/9895

The March sale from Jet City is three items that I believe have been on sale before.
https://www.comixology.com/comics-sale

New freebie from Alterna.
https://www.comixology.com/Alterna-A...l-comic/340111

And IDW has a Strange Tales and Deviations sale all month long, 20 collections at 40-70% off. There are a couple Top Shelf collections in there. Are Top Shelf and IDW one?

New Humble Bundle is up, and it's for:

Humble Comics Bundle Pathfinder presented by Dynamite, full of tie-in comics to the apparently very popular Pathfinder RPG which is the other current Humble Book Bundle (this is one of the few HBs where the average actually went above the top tier), and some bonus maps for gameplay. Looks like if you play the game already and are interested in the worldbuilding, it would probably be worth it, since a bunch of the blurbs say that the stories give the histories of some of the characters and settings used.

It's fluctuating a lot right now, but currently under $8 for the better-than-average tier (more stuff to be added next week), top tier is $15. Bonus tier of $26 gets you some miniatures (shipping cost not included).

Quote:
From the tabletop to the drawing board. When you're not playing Pathfinder, what should you do with yourself? Simple: read Pathfinder comics. Here's a hearty selection to get you started and tactical battle maps based on the comics to play on the locations you read about! The comics even include bonus Pathfinder RPG gaming appendices with game statistics and encounters to be used with the battle maps in the bundle.

Pay what you want for Pathfinder: City Of Secrets #1 & #2, Pathfinder: Goblins! #1 & #2, Pathfinder: Origins #1 & #2, Pathfinder Vol. 1: Dark Waters Rising #1-6, and the Dynamite Exclusive Battle Map Pack #1.

Pay more than the average price to also receive Pathfinder: City Of Secrets #3 & #4, Pathfinder: Goblins! #3 & #4, Pathfinder: Origins #3 & #4, Pathfinder: Hollow Mountain #1, Pathfinder Vol. 2: The Tooth & Claw #7-12, and Dynamite Exclusive Battle Map Pack #2.

Pay $15 or more for all of that plus Pathfinder: Hollow Mountain #2 & #3, Pathfinder: Goblins! #5, Pathfinder: Origins #5 & #6, Pathfinder: City Of Secrets #5-#6, Humble Bonus Map: Feast Halls, Humble Bonus Map: Infernal Sanctuary, and Dynamite Exclusive Battle Map Pack #3.

Want more? Anyone who pays $26 or more gets the entire bundle plus the Shattered Star Miniatures Booster Pack (price does not include shipping)

At first I was surprised when I saw the Pathfinder Comics Bundle. But then I noticed that the Pathfinder RPG bundle has raised $945,839.27 so far. I think that's the most raised by any book bundle.

At first I read Top Cow and was confused as hell. IDW bought Top Shelf last year. According to Wikipedia, IDW is the fourth largest comic book publishing house in the US. I am surprised. I expected Dark Horse to be bigger. By the way, one of the best humble book bundles ever was offered by IDW/Top Shelf. It featured Key & Locke (the whole series), Richard Stark's Parker, several Alan Moore titles... Probably my favorite book bundle ever.

Most of the premises of the Top Shelf collections included in this sale look very interesting to me: The Leg, The Ticking, Three Fingers... They are indeed strange.

Quote:
The disembodied leg of Santa Anna has returned from the grave -- and with Mexico once again in peril, it's up to the Leg to save the country in this rollicking, surreal adventure
Regarding the Jet City sale, Suffrajitsu, currently on sale, is included in Blood and Honor along with two other graphic novels. Blood and Honor has been on sale before for the same price, so it might be a good idea to wait for it to go on sale again if anybody is interested. I've read Suffrajitsu and it was alright. Nothing to write home about, but it was entartaining. I expected more from the premise, though.
