PDF to MOBI
What is the best setting to achieve this I tried to place check in remove header however they still seem to convert in, any suggestion on what I need to set are greatly appreciated.

You have to write a regular expression which matches your header. There were a bunch of other recent posts on this, search the forum for some examples. Just search for regex or 'regular expression'.
