Use keys in Mobipocket

Hi all.
I got my iRex few days ago, so this is my first post in iRex section.
I've used Sony reader last few months and I appreciated the hack to map buttons for different functions.

Is it possible to do something similar in Mobipocket? It would help one-hand operation of reading news if one could use the "up", "down" and "select" buttons. For example, "up" and "down" could be used for "link up/down", "select" could be "select". Holding one of the keys for a long period could be "back", etc.

I've used Mobipocket on my pdas last 4-5 years and it was great to have key mapping there.

Thanks, David
