Short pulp novel by a rare author: some 40,000 words. Little is known of the author, who was active from about 1935 to 1940 in the pulp magazines. Extensive research has produced nothing except a suggestion that he died in 1944.

John Battle is the chief engineer of a small company which is developing his invention, a rapid-fire anti-aircraft gun; but Germany and Japan both want it.
