Twitter
I've decided to start taking Twitter seriously. Can someone recommend their favorite Twitter client for Windows?

Sturgeon was wrong; 99% of twitter is crap (his law says 90%). But I have to start paying attention because quite a few companies will drop a hint on twitter when they don't want to bother writing something on their blog.

THAT is what is starting to piss me off quite frankly! there are many things that are only being updated and notices going out on Twitter. my folks are in their late 70s and bitch about the heavy reliance on computers all of the time, including the ever present; "and for more information go to www.eatmyshorts,com..." I was prone to dismiss their complaints. I get it now

depends on what phone or comp ya use. If ya got an android phone, touiteur is the best one. On the computer, twitter.com is the best one.

If you have been looking for an excuse to ditch your current web browser, I recommend Flock. It is fantastic if you also use Facebook, Bebo, Livejournal, MySpace and so on. Instead of juggling 10 different windows or tabs, you have a handy little sidebar with info from all of your social networking tools. Love it.

I use chrome, and the "Chromed Bird" plugin for it. Before that, I used Digsby, and the twitter plugin for it. And before that, I used I used tweetdeck but found it overwhelming.
Other options (windows clients): twirl Spaz destroytwitter is probably my favorite of the desktop clients. |

Seesmic Desktop if you're going to manage more than one twitter account. If not, go for Spaz or Twhirl. If you have a Mac or iPsomething, Twittelator is your choice.
