Problem with t.o.c. when i do a epubmerge.
Hello,
Am just starting with calibre and have a question about the t.o.c. Ive lookt into the forum and can`t find my problem. I have with epubmerge merged two chapters. When i look separate to the t.o.c. of the two chapters then i see (screenshot 1 and 2) After the epubmerge i see the t.o.c. as in screenshot 3 What am doing wrong here. I have tryed to reassign the t.o.c. but it wont work the way i want, screenshot 4 is if it is at this moment. What i want is the two chapters become seperate chapters with their sub chapters as show in the first two screenshots. Thanks in advance for the help. |

EPUB Merge is a User Plugin
Your last screenshot is the TOC Editor tool (main GUI or Editor) So... which area is the question for? NB as a Mod, I can move this thread to the PI section if needed. just ask, please don't start a new thread |

Thanks for the answer.
Am not sure in which area is the question for. The main question is how do i get my t.o.c. in the right format so that i get two chapters with pages and not as in the third screenshot. Thanks Bert |

Would flattening the last example work?
(there is a button for that) |

I have done that indeed and have reorganized everything afterwards.
But after saving the result remained the same, as in screenshot 3. Let me explane some more how the pages are organized. As you can see en screenshot 1 and 2 is there in every chapter 1 page with H1 and the others are all with H2, i was thinking that there was a problem but as you can see when i open the epubs separately then everything is ok. |

Is there no one who have any idea where can I can correct the problem?
I have tryed everything for so far i can in calibre to solve it, including flattening in the "editing in the t.o.c. screen", and did a reseting of the chapters, but also that did not work. |
