Error listing epubs in Android devices
Since I upgraded Calibre 5.27 (Windows 64 bit version) to 5.33, I have problems listing the files in my Android devices (three different ones)

They are not recognized.

I uninstalled 5.33 version, reinstalled 5.27 version, rebooted and everything worked again

I install 5.33 version and they don't work

This screenshot shows the files in the devices

What can I test?

restart calibre in debug mode and post the log after connecting your device (right clickthe preferences button and choose restart in debug mode).

When I restart in debug mode and connect the device, it puts the CPU at 100% for a time and then crashes without message

pen a windows command prompt and run it like this

calibre-debug -g


and see if you get some debug output when plugging in the device.

Ups, it seems that doesn't get the metadata

How can I force to refresh it and not use the cached one?


Solved: I unchecked and checked the folders to be scanned in the device and now everything works
