Calibre sync information

Hi, just to clarify things: are we talking about Calibre Books menu?
If we are, then... what option were you looking and looking for?

In Calibre books there is an icon on left top, where you can select, which books you like to check for syncing (All, new & changed, only new, only changed). Do you have it here?

Also, just to make a test: you can select ONE BOOK and sync it in there, right?

First Go to the three dots in the upper right and chose your calibre library. Then you should get a picture similar to my Screenshot. There you find a small menu dot in the upper left of the new window (where the red arrow in my Screenshot is). There should be the selection possibilities.

OK, I was looking for it in JustRead. I haven't found the option in Calibre. Do you mean in Connect/share visit content server in browser?

I don't recognize that screen. Are you in Calibre or JustRead?

1. Navigate to Library
2. On the top right and select '...'
3. You should see a section where there is 'Calibre' and under it 'Calibre Books'
If you do not see Calibre Books, then you have not Calibre Sync set up and if this is the case I am totally lost in here what problem we are even solving :-) So I hope you have Calibre Sync set up
4. Then select Calibre Books and you should see the screenshot Docuro posted

This is your library, right? (Screenshot). In the upper right you can Connect Justread to your calibre Server.

Thanks to you both. Got it! The reason I never got to that screen is that it's trying to sync thousands of books and I kept canceling out before I got to the screen. I'll have to start it overnight, or maybe just create a new Calibre library with less books.

That screenshot of library is your screen, so you are on the correct screen.
There just hit that '...' on the top right and setup up Calibre Sync.

Great you got it! Yes, you have to be veeeeeryyyyyyy patient while the first sync is running. Guess why I know this…..

Thanks, your reply crossed with my finding the screen. I'm off to create a Calibre library with just books that I'm reading, not all my archival books. Then I'll hopefully figure out how to tell JustRead which library - ah, I think I've got that too, it's the one where I turn on Connect. One step at a time. Thank goodness for Mobile Read and all the helpful folks on it - also to you!
