Question Server issue-download error msg "Failed-Forbidden"
Running Win10 on desktop and AcerOne tablet. Google chrome browser on both up to date. Server running from desktop over local network. Access to library from tablet works, setup of user account on desktop. I can browse fine but when trying to download I receive the error. Upload from tablet to desktop works fine.
Download over Chrome to iPhone (latest build) works fine (opens in iBooks)
What am I doing wrong? please

Did you have your CALIBRE_server (calibre, not the computer) setup with a password ?
Preferences: sharing over the net: User accounts (a tab)

Seems like you are using the wrong username/password on the tablet, or the tabet's browser doesn't seem to be able to do HTTP AUTH
