Now a repeat freebie in the original stores, and newly free @ iTunes (available to Canadians), and possibly other venues listed on the publisher's catalogue page (where you can watch the book's video trailer), including linkage for Google Play, which is apparently geo-restricted so I can't see any price info, but may also be free for the US.
