Title Case and Handling Name Suffixes

Calibre is a very nice application for handling an electronic library. I am assuming that things are being corrected as it goes along. Two items of immediate notice are:
Calibre cannot generate proper title case.
Calibre cannot handle name suffixes correctly.

This Sentence is Title Case
This Sentence is also Title Case
this sentence Is Not Title Case
THIS SENTENCE IS NOT TITLE CASE
Also this One IS not title Case

Names suffixes are separated from the last name by a comma and a space. For example: Alfred Anatasio, Jr. or Alfred Anatasio, III or Alfred Anatasio, MD
The proper way to list this name alphabetically is:
Anatasio, Alfred Jr.

Is there any way in Calibre that this can be corrected.
Anatasio, Alfred III
Anatasio, Alfred MD

I don't see an example above where using calibre to change to title case doesn't meet the above examples.

While you most likely are correct in the States it has never been customary to place the comma between the name and the suffix. If for example the following are entered into calibre:

Alfred Anatasio Jr.
Alfred Anatasio III
Alfred Anatasio MD

Calibre lists the names alphabetically as you suggest.

Anatasio, Alfred Jr.
Anatasio, Alfred III
Anatasio, Alfred MD

So is your point that calibre doesn't deal properly with the commas

Alfred Anatasio, Jr.
Alfred Anatasio, III
Alfred Anatasio, MD

and sorts those names as

Anatasio,, Alfred Jr.
Anatasio,, Alfred III
Anatasio,, Alfred MD

Then you are correct.

I'm confused by the finer points of what you want.

It depends on the suffix.

Jr. and Sr. are typically offset by a comma.

II and III are not.

Titles are offset by a comma. MD, Ph.D, etc.

So:

John Smith, Jr.
John Smith, Sr.

John Smith II
John Smith III

John Smith, MD
John Smith, Ph.D
