Is it possible to generate an Index to a PDF document in the library using Calibre Menu Item?

/Applications/calibre.app/Contents/MacOS/calibre --ignore-plugins

and then disabled the two plugins I installed recently

Extract RIS Citations; and
Save Composite Custom Columns;

then I restarted Calibre, and all is fine now! Many thanks!
