Those were for the 500. I'm curious, what was on the 505?

Well, if you take this list of books from a freshly purchased PRS-500 and strike out all (Excerpt) items, and then you strike out books you can get for free elsewhere - in a much nicer format and better proofreaded there will not remain much ....

For me personally, this bunch of examples was extremely useful.
I have had a look at the format Sony is using - ridiculously wide margins, serif font, ... , and I have decided to get my books from elsewhere than Sony store ;-)

The book _Excavation_ by James Rolins was on my PRS500 when I bought it. I read the whole book. It was pretty good and I thought well formated. However, I have yet to buy a book from the Sony ebook store.

I had the same novel by Rollins on my first PRS-500, too.

This was my first introduction to Rolins (I've since oredered his fantasy work and am in the process of reading his first series).

I really liked the novel, Excavation, and will probably order all his adventure novels when Sony makes them into a Bundle.
