How can i modify calibre so that it would have a new functionality
i Need to Have the functionality : Adding new Ebook trough the Web interface
is there any plug in ? |

No. You will need to add it yourself. There is no plans to add this until the new database backend is finished and multiple user support is added. At that point Kovid has said he may look into adding this to the web interface.
