Apple finally opens iBookstore in Australia: smh.com.au

Lucky iPad readers now can do their eyes in through reading overpriced ebooks!

So they do a deal with Apple who don't sell many books and only a small percentage of people have access to - rather than with general booksellers who will sell a lot more first?

At least they are consistent in their not wanting to sell books behaviour.
