How to choose format when sending book to Kindle email in Calibre

When I transfer a book from Calibre to my Kindle via USB ("Send to device" button) I can choose the format (mobi, azw3, etc.), but when I go to "Connect/Share" > "email to [kindle email]" I can't choose which format to email it as (besides mobi). So is it possible to use Calibre to email a non-mobi format file to Kindle Paperwhite?

When you set up
Preferences: Sharing By email
Yo set the (possible) format(s) to send. If one exists, it will be sent.
I believe the order show is the priority
