Edge.org annual question Calibre recipe

I wrote a recipe for Edge.org annual questions at http://www.edge.org/annual-question.

Because I wanted a separate book for each year (right now 1998 to 2013), there is a recipe template and the specific recipes for each year are generated automatically.

Just running:

python all-edgeorg-annual-question-books.py

is enough to give you an epub for each year. Outputting other formats than epub needs only minor adjustments. I didn't need other formats but if anybody does I'll be happy to update the script.

License is GPLv3 like Calibre, Git repository at https://github.com/cataliniacob/calibre-recipes, zip with current version attached.
