Kindle 4th generation stuck with 4.0.1 firmware.

Hello.

I have a friend that have an Kindle 4th generation (non-touch).
She ask me if i can help her whit this situation.
Her Kindle has stuck with version 4.0.1 I can't find which is the next firmware version after 4.0.1

Can someone help me with this problem?

Looks like the current version is 4.1.3:

But if you have 4.0.1, it looks like you have to apply 4.1.0, then 4.1.1, then 4.1.2 before you finally get to 4.1.3.

And once you have stepped up through all the versions according to those directions, do not forget to top them off with:

That is support for TLS and an updated packet of end point certificates (and it doesn't change the firmware number displayed when installed).
